Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is an agent at Storyteller Talent Agency with a background in publishing, film, and developmental editing. Outside of her editorial work, she has brought long-term visions to life as a luxury bridal consultant and approaches creative partnerships with this same goal in mind.

Rachel is drawn to narrative-driven submissions that feature a distinct perspective and internal interrogation. While she is partial to literary fiction, essay collections, and dark memoirs, she is less interested in manuscripts that simply fit a category and more in writing that makes her think, “I haven’t heard this before.”

Rachel is committed to building long-term relationships with authors that protect their voice and prioritize their creative and commercial growth.
